Recycled Engineered Composite Board
RECB is clean, green and easy to machine™Rehrig Pacific, with nearly 100 years of experience developing new and innovative products for industry, introduces the RECB™ Recycled Engineered Composite Board. This proprietary wood product is constructed using 100% post-consumer recycled wood materials bonded using a formaldehyde-free MDI resin. We use low-grit material generated by our nationwide network of recycling facilities for clean, consistent boards. We can also provide on-time delivery through our in-house transportation experts.
RECB is ideally suited for all panel board applications including replacement for particle board and MDF. It is a cost-effective alternative to MDF in a single-layer board. RECB has board density that allows for high machining capability on its face and edge, as well as high bending strength characteristics suitable for semi-structural applications in mezzanine flooring and industrial shelving.
It is available in 4x8 foot sheets or can be cut per customer specifications. Our proprietary batch manufacturing process allows for customized boards to meet many applications through varied thickness and density. Smaller quantities can be run for these customized orders.
